Wrong
If you know how to interpret graphs you can tell that the RATE of increase was decreasing predictably before the actual peak occurred. That rate of increase was decreasing before any mandate was ordered.

That is absolutely a lie. LDH website gives the number of ICU beds in there or beds available. Bunch of lying fools.

Anyone paying attention knows that we said weeks ago he would say this. I don’t know if masks really help or not but his plan was to make himself look good, I’m sure about that.
