Minus the socialized healthcare that description sums up a lot of Louisiana.

At least 50% of LA is on Medicaid or Medicare which is essentially socialized healthcare

Median age of Italy is 46

Median age of Louisiana is 35

Population density of Italy is 532 per square mile

Population density of Louisiana is 105 per square mile

Only idiots or people with agendas ever compared the two

You have to go to the bottom of the map to the right arrow and click a few times to see vent availability.

All areas look like <50% utilization though which is good.

ICU beds a little tighter

BMI isn't bullshite.
It's just misused.
Useful to look at a population, but not as a basis to diagnose with obesity.

Doctors are realizing that they were overusing vents to the detriment of the patients. The drop in vents could be because doctors are turning away from them.

is this accurate?

well, the whole reason we're in this is to prevent the health care system from being overwhelmed, and give them a chance to catch. Seems like great progress will have been made towards this goal by April 30.

It probably bubbled up out of the dregs of some fever swamp.

I posted in the thread yesterday my mom tested positive in Monroe. She had all the symptoms and got tested Monday and got the results yesterday. She had difficulty breathing and the Dr. prescribed her an antibiotic on Monday and got her on the malaria drug yesterday. She was on the fence about going to the hospital last night but seems to be doing better today. My mom thinks she has had it for about 10 days now.

You can look at a person and tell if BMI is useful or not.
