I’m sure this will be an entirely legitimate contest free of fraud and frickery where the winner will be chosen at random through some kind of drawing or lottery who will in no way be somehow related to anyone putting on the contest or holding the money.

I haven't looked at numbers in a long while, but it seems as though deaths are not happening hardly at all anymore. Basically, the weakest who would have been affected by the virus have already had covid, or have gotten the vaccine. Of those left, most of us don't need the vaccine and we either won't get the virus at all, or it will have a negligent impact if we do. See how this works, not everyone needs to take this vaccine. Same is true for the flu.
