There's always one or two of these guys in every chicken thread. They do have terrible service, but there is a reason it's so popular all over and it ain't because of the service.

Canes doesn't suck but I get much bigger tenders in the meal at off the hook with fries & hush puppies for cheaper

Nothing special about mixing mayo, ketchup, salt, pepper, and a few secret ingredients to make canes sauce.
I would be willing to bet that 90% of the people from south Louisiana made their own variation of canes sauce before even knowing about canes.

I know a few people that don't like Popeye's spicy - there aren't very many and they're all idiots.
There's constantly a stack of cars in the drive -thru there, meanwhile, I rarely see a single car at KFC.

I'd love to see a photo of an original cane's chicken strip. They were 7-8 inches long as I recall.
