The thing that works best for us is how isolated we are. The current system is good enough for you until what happens? You say you don't want to change laws but at some point you have to react to the problem.

It didn't exactly fail either. The only death was the terrorist and I think law enforcement was on to that guy. Or should I say the worst terrorist ever.
