It was the photographer's 13 year old daughter.

If you don't know this album cover, then just move along millennial.

(Sadly, she passed away in 1991 in an automobile accident.)

Uncertain, but wikipedia suggests it may have been some Argentinian male model's hand.

Not sure if you caught the top 40 countdown on Sirius/XM 80's channel this past weekend, but they mentioned the same thing. The were counting down this past week in 1982, and when Loverboy's "When It's Over" came up, Alan Hunter (I think it was him) brought it up.

Does this mean some people became gay under false assumptions?

Also I think the father wanted it. Who thinks this is a good idea for your own 13 year old daughter?

That's where I heard it.
And it was Alan Hunter. Right before they played "It's Over"

Probably George Costanza’s hand, he was a very prolific hand model for a short time back then.

No I am out of the country and turned my Sirius off in my truck since I never can listen to it. Will turn it back on if I ever escape this project. Thanks COVID.

Saw them in concert in Lake Chuck in the 80’s I think NightRanger opened for them. Good times. Enjoyed the tape on my Walkman.
