Local Popeyes short on staff

...manager said it’s because some of the workers got their tax refunds. This is a cause and effect I never thought about. I’m thinking it is short sighted on the workers part, but I guess it is how some accrue vacation.

The one in West Monroe is short on staff also. 4 nights ago they had 3 people working. A manager and 2 employees. It took damn near an hour from the time I pulled up until I got my food.
There were only 3 cars ahead of me and not many people inside. I wanted some Popeyes but I didn't realize they were short handed until I got my food and saw the one legged arse kicking contest going on.

This def happens in the restaurant business with a certain demo in LA. Can't speak for other states. Get the check, say frick work for a little while, go work minimum wage somewhere else. Rinse and repeat.
