Local custom mattress maker (BR)

Bought one about 6 years ago; it's the best mattress I have owned. Now, I can't remember the name of this older gentleman's business. I seem to recall it was located off Florida Boulevard. It was nothing to get excited about when visiting; that much I remember. In fact, I was questioning myself after stepping into his business. 
Does anyone know the name of the business? Was the older man's name Dominic?

He made me a hybrid -- latex foam and springs. It's been great, and substantially less expensive than the big box names.

Dreamcloud makes a great hybrid mattress. Best one I’ve ever had.

What his customized in a custom mattress? Spring tension?

What can he customize?
I gave Mr. Billy the dimensions of my bed, he made the box spring pretty thin so that the total height of box and mattress aligned perfectly with with height of the footboard. I also asked him to make the mattress as firm as possible, he did just that. It's been great.
