i dont eat during the day.

i make a sandwich or order a large pepperoni and sausage(sliced) from dominoes.

while it's on the way, i eat some raw broccoli with ranch and an apple. sometimes an orange.

i eat the pizza and wait 2 and a half hours before going to the gym (m-t-t-f)

after i work out, i drink a 50g protein shake, take a mulit-vitamin, some fishoil and two osteo biflex.

after i get home and take a shower, i eat about half a container of breyers ice cream.

i get plenty of protein, fats, carbs, greens, fruit, vitamins and minerals.

it's not perfect, but it could be worse.

I just throw away all the dirty pots and dishes if my maid is not coming the next day.
I'm not washing that shite.

I find it less than fulfilling to prepare a decent meal for just myself when for so long I took joy in cooking for me and my family. I'll usually just eat a sammich or heat up a jar of soup when I'm by myself.

Eesh. Rough

I still cook for two-3 and eat left overs. I mainly cook because I do not like to eat frozen meals or fast food as I watch what I eat to stay in shape.

When I was single dinner was usually a can of beans and an apple.

I'm sure if I got divorced it would be the same way.

I enjoy cooking for others. Not so much for myself.

Meal prep baw. Cook twice a week and both times it lasts 2-3 days. Eat lunch on campus and every now and then I'll eat one of the microwave dinners if I don't want to cook

Depends on my mood/energy level and how much time I have. If I have the energy and feel like yes, but if not I usually keep frozen meals in the freezer and I'll throw one of those in the oven (F**k a microwave).

Yeah, let's wait 45 minutes for some spaghetti while the microwave people only have to wait 6. Great idea

i work out like a boss.

i do m-t then t-f

heavy weight all 4 days squats one day, deadlift the next, so no real legs day. half an hour on the treadmill after my workout.

i workout and fast so i don't have to eat like a health fanatic. i get good stuff too. greens, fruits.
