I know this isn't a thread about nutrition, but the IF'ing you're doing works.

I've been doing it 4 times a week. Feels great.

i work out like a boss.

i do m-t then t-f

heavy weight all 4 days squats one day, deadlift the next, so no real legs day. half an hour on the treadmill after my workout.

i workout and fast so i don't have to eat like a health fanatic. i get good stuff too. greens, fruits.

Yeah, let's wait 45 minutes for some spaghetti while the microwave people only have to wait 6. Great idea

It only takes 30 minutes and tastes much better. Sorry you hate your tastes buds.

Yea I don't get that 45 min thing. And like my crock pot meals this will last all week and plus I can bag up two meals to stick in freezer. So I have a much healthier and cheaper meal in the freezer than a Hungry Man.

I cook ,but not like I used to years ago.I cooked for our crew of eight on the boat. Been years since I've cooked that much food. Cooked for our bantam football and baseball team parties a few times.

When I was off work I'd cook something for myself or when my kids were at the house. Now that my GF moved in with her kids I cook on my days off, she cooks on her days off, and we eat out some nights.

Hello F-R-3-3
Wonder if
You remember me

Waiting here I still sit
In suspense
Trying not to fit

You promised there would be
Not long ago
A chapter 3

So get busy writing
Or you get
Busy biting
