When I was single, and during my divorce, I didn't cook too much. Maybe when I had lots of time and was at home, but most nights I grabbed something on my way home.

I read this 3 times and still have no idea if you meant to write it to me, and if you did, what the hell you're trying to ask me to do.

Hell yea I cook for myself. I can't stand having the same thing over and over.

My weekday dinners usually are:
Steak
Baby back ribs
Pork tenderloin
Baked fish
Creative dish one night

I'll add a veggie as a side and I have a solid meal. Not one of my weekday dinners takes more than 10 minutes of prep time and most only take about 2 minutes of prep. Throw that shite in the oven or on the pit and go about your biz until it's done.

I was going to say. What's with single men not being able to cook for themselves.

And women also. We put food in our body everyday yet most don't know how to prepare it. We only get 1 body. Treat it well.

When I was I did. I cooked on my off days and prepped meals for the week. Just makes it easier, cheaper and better tasting.

You sound depressed.

Cook enough to last a few days, if not I'm too tired and eat out.

Yet you cook the same thing over and over each weak. I don't see how cooking for yourself has anything to do with what you actually eat.
