Lightning Just Hit Really Close To Me Now I Have A Buzzing Sensation

Holy shite.. Im in my house in an area that has a lot of glass and I can look at my back yard. Lighting struck and then right away it sounded like a bomb dropped.
Not my lips and in my right arm it feels like I have a buzzing sensation. Im not bullshitting at all.. It scared the ever living shite out of me. I just saw a flash of white light then immediately the bomb sound hit.
