So you people must like spending gas money driving to the store and paying double for the same merchandise? Or what other optional shopping methods are you using to spend money more efficiently and wisely?

$31,500 since June 2015...

I requested the info out of curiousity. I have bought from Amazon for many years, it has saved me a lot of gas from running to the store.
Many years ago I purchased AMZN stock and then bought more when it dipped below $100 a share. It is much easier to buy from a company that you are invested in.

Just under $31K since 2008. My first purchase is for $129.99- wonder what that was for?
Posted on 5/13/24 at 2:23 pm to slacker130
~$95K, with first purchase in 1999. I think this excludes "digital orders" (i.e. Kindle etc.) which is another $8K.

I know it’s over 100k, but not sure I want to look to see how much over.

$23k since 2016. That’s embarrassing.

I should have never looked at it. $62,427.46 since 2011.

$112,000 since 2009. All personal. I didn't have a real job until almost 2012 so it gets even worse. I'd bet a majority of that is last 10 years and very little in the first five years.

Just under $78k on the joint account started on 2012.
Under my guess at least

$17K dating back to 2001. The most expensive single item order was a front and rear brake rotors and pads for my F150 ($500). A significant portion were electrical items and other items for out remodel done in 2021-2023.

Mine is only 10.5k but this wasn't my original Amazon account. I had one in the late 90s but just ordered books.
My wife's would be way worse. I don't really buy that much on Amazon anymore.
