i have no idea what the contract Associated had was, nor would I. But I worked on this project and was out there on site many times. Their work was complete shite and they were awful to work with.

It's sad that families move because they don't want their kids to go to a public school. This is not the norm for the rest of the country. In the next twenty years BR will probably see a huge amount of people and businesses leave because they(or its employees) are sick of dealing with traffic and paying thousands to send their kids to a private school. Places like Juban Crossing exist because of the poor governance of Baton Rouge.
