What is your ride? If it's a truck I would do Cooper. I've always bought Michelin but their latest woke stance soured me. If you have a car I would recommend pirelli or hankook.
ETA - I retract my entire statement. Michelin was not the culprit - it was Goodyear. Michelin makes an excellent tire, I have nothing against them.

Just bought a set of Coopers for my Jeep Patriot. Pretty happy with them for the price.

Pirelli
What I have on my Infiniti mid size sedan. I have no issues with them but I'm not sure I'd notice a difference between these and cheaper tires.

Avoid Cooper’s, they have killed a lot of people. always get a speed rated tire (for 120 or more)

I suggest staying that way.

Well, I just loaded my first BF Goodrich & I have been a Michelin guy all my life. Owned by Michelin & just as good. Just came off an 8,200 mile vacation in the mountains from Canada to the Mexico border.
* Minimal road noise - up to 100 for extended periods
* Great handling - throwing it around some pretty hairy mountain roads
* more than acceptable wear
* About 30% less than the Michelin
Worth looking at IMO.

They're Michelin's economic brand.
Continental-You sure about that?
I’ve ridden on Michelin’s higher end tires, Bridgestone Potenzas and Continentals. The Continentals felt like they hugged the road much better in almost any condition (especially wet) over the Bridgestones.
ETA: I like the Bridgestone overall, but was very impressed by Continentals. The Michelins were great too, but pricey and on a completely different model car. The last 2 cars I bought both with a tire warranty, one had the Continentals and one the BSs and we’re on the same model car, but gave a noticeable ride difference in certain conditions.

......not even close....Michelin. They're not the cheapest, but when you're talking about safety for the family......they're a bargain.

Michelin now and going with AT BFs soon.
Have had cooper, sumitomo, continental....all good.
Goodyear sports currently on wife’s Yukon XL and they are doing well, but past GY tires were not up to par.

I'm hearing many good things about Pirelli's. About to put them on my Yukon - 70,000 mi warranty

Nokian makes the best snow tires in the world and they are now making a hard push into the All weather touring tire arena. Supposed to be on par with Michelin. They recently opened a plant in Dayton, TN.

I used to run Michelin and a guy at work told me about one they made that was supposed to last a really long time (can't remember what they were called, but it was basically a super hard compound). So I got them put on and hated them instantly. I guess being that super hard compound they just had no give in them so I felt like I was riding trails all the time.
I went maybe 4 months before I had enough and put on some Toyo tires and I've put them on all our vehicles now. I'm on my second set for my truck and they are really nice quality tires for the money.

I've had a lot of different tires over the years. Longest lasting I've had were Toyo Open Country AT. Replaced those with Falken Wildpeak AT and thought those were better overall tires but didn't keep the vehicle long enough to get a true long term opinion.
Worst were Continentals that came stock on a mid 2000's Expedition, Conti-Trac or something like that. Flats out the yingyang on those things. Next worse was Bridgetstones that I replaced the crappy Continentals with. Super prone to cupping & uneven wear if the alignment wasn't perfect.
Had some Mastercraft tires on a Ram that were street tires and while they were quiet and gave a nice ride they were bald in about 30k of highway driving, but they were cheap.

The one time I went ahead and got Michelins, I was disappointed. They didn't hold up all that well.
Same here, had a set just destroy themselves. Went to get an alignment and the guy said, you MIGHT need an alignment, but I know you HAVE to get new tires.
I will keep putting TOYO's on everything I own until I have a bad experience. Their AT2's and 3's are incredibly quiet for a AT tire.

When I was in college I worked at a Sears Auto Center and Michelin made the Roadhandler tires that Sears sold... well most of the more premium Roadhandlers anyway. We hated it when we had to mount those suckers, they weren't soft supple rubber like most of the others.

I put Nexxen on my wife's van and so far they've done just fine.
Good price also

I really like the Falken Wild Peaks that I'm running on now. It's my first time to use Falken tires.
