Pretty much my larger thought/point.
I don’t get the mindset.
You can look hot/sexy/ attractive without looking like a skank.
We need some chicks on this board that could chime in and spread some insight.

It’s the incredible what some women will do for a like or a little attention online. That has empowered them to dress like that in places where it was not socially acceptable to do so in the past. It feels that some of them almost want someone to make a negative remark to them so they can run to FB and post the story. Then they get all the women preaching “girl power” and have simps hardlegging for them.

And yet for everyone of those ladies dressing that way there are 10 men that absolutely reinforce them dressing that way.

Hear ya.
Not a prude and yeah, we men may look lustily at such spectacles, but the "acceptable" degree of exhibition is totally outta hand. Highly provocative womens-wear is especially inappropriate to see at church. Modesty and dignity is mostly dead. The Kardashians have been poison to our society.

Again, men reinforce this all of the time by giving women the attention. Stop the behavior that's reinforcing the behavior and it'll change (with some exceptions).
But we also need to have a conversation about men's wear and folks showing up to church in shorts and Crocs if we're going to get particular about how we dress in certain spaces.
