Per the commercial 38 bones. Did something to his liver, a lung, and one eye popped out of the socket too.

How cum ur so fat even though you exercise so much tho?

I run zero miles.
Someone else runs 12 miles a day.
We both die, I'm just well rested when I go.
I'll take not running.

Because some people told their self they were going to do it, and they are holding their self accountable. If you will lie to yourself then you will lie to anyone and how can you hold other people accountable if you won’t hold yourself accountable. Some of us like to lead by example and had rather good ourselves to a better standard. I don’t do that by exercise but I did for a while, I would still do it if you could figure out how to add 2 hours to the day or higher another employee

Data is mixed. Jogging is probably fine but I would be wary of doing 84 miles a week.

As a masters weightlifter, I'll take a chiro visit every now and then over surgery 100 out of 100 times.

Good question. You can be fit without overdoing it. These people are keeping the orthopedic surgeons in business.
Walk, stretch, light resistance training

There’s a .00000000001% chance that he’s ever actually met anyone who runs 12 miles a day but people have these false narratives in their brains and then they use it as crutches for their own shortcomings.
With what Renner went through, it is amazing he is running at all.

Fat people keep orthopedic surgeons in business. Knee replacement, hip replacements, back surgeries, carpal tunnel.

Used Asaics for years, but switched to Brooks a few years ago.
Great shoe.
Great shoe.

I wasn't about Renner I was talking about the poster who asked the question. Renner never said he was running 12 miles and even the "super fit" actors and stunt doubles are not running 80+ mile weeks.
80 mile weeks are pretty rare. The avg mileage week for Boston qualifiers isn't that much over 40 and it's highly unlikely that people perpetuating the myth that running is bad for your knees is hanging around the same social circles as elite distance runners.

I think people are taking my comment the wrong way. Nothing wrong with busting your arse to stay fit and ready for whatever. I agree. I was questioning the people who destroy their bodies to pursue some crazy goal that doesn’t really have a functional purpose. Thinking of that Goggins guy.

Correct.
Runners are more prone to stress fractures of the anterior tibia. Not knee injuries. But stress fractures are from a wide range of causes, not just mileage from running.

Agree.
Not one doctor has ever told me not to run, but did say to stretch more as I got older.
Every single person I know that has had hip or knee replacement was not athletic at all.
If you don't want run, don't run.
But don't perpetuate the lie that "it's bad for you".

You just die several years sooner, in most cases, and riddled with health issues that make your quality of life complete shite. But it's your choice, I'm just saying why I do it. We all have free will.
