I have a memory foam bed for my dog- can't remember where we bought it but it's made by Pooch Planet. Has worked very well and my dog seems to like it (70lb dog). The outer part of it unzips for easy removal and washing.
You can't go wrong when ordering from chewy.com. Best customer service and plenty of reviews to guide you. If you aren't 100% satisfied with the product they take it back no questions asked.

Don't know if anyone has this issue, but my dog loves chewing on his bed and tears it up like it's a toy. He goes through a bed every few months. Anyone have this issue and found a way to curb the chewing or find a durable bed?

Have ll bean and cheapest one from academy.
Boxer likes the cheap one. Its like 20 bucks, in 6 months ill throw it out and buy a new one.
Ll bean sits in our room for her to sleep on, she lasts like 5 or 6 hours on it then leaves for the cheap one.

I bought a full size memory foam mattress (off brand, $4-500) and cut it in half. Put cut edge along the wall in dogs bedroom and perfect

I got the pet fusion...#1 seller on Amazon. Well made and the dog likes it. Cover comes off easy enough and is washable. Dog seems to like it well enough.

My dogs have a bed from Marshall's in the living room and a couple of old janky pillows on the floor in the bedroom. They love both.

The zipper tore on my original one, I let them know and they had me a new one in a couple days...it had been redesigned and has better zippers. Great customer service.

Orvis. The cover is machine washable and the bedding is removable if you need to replace it.

My 2 basset hound terrorists have memory foam beds with a pillow cushion on top from petsmart. They're large and I had caught them on sale for about 40/bed. I've been having them for a few months now and they are holding up. Easy to wash.... and most importantly they love them.

What I did:
1. Laid 2 burlap sacks down side by side and stitched them together.
2. Laid 2 more sacks on top, sligthly altering the seam location so the seams did not stack directly on top of each other,
3. Continue this process until it is as thick as you want it.
This creates the top of the dog bed.
4. Follow steps 1-3 and create the bottom.
5. All that is left is to stitch the top portion to the bottom portion. I actually use a small diameter nylon rope for this since I wanted to be able to untie it to change out the cedar chips.
6. I just added slotted angle iron around the seams to discourage chewing and tugging. (I have removed 2 of these to make the bed more comfortable)
I will make a note to take a picture tomorrow and update this thread.
The stitching can be aggravating. If you want to make this, go to get a crochet needle and it will go much faster.

I upgraded my bed blanket, and folded up the old blanket and put it on the floor for my pup to lay on.
He preferred that to any bed I ever bought him.
