Let me succinctly explain my current Tooth Abcess for those who haven’t had the pleasure

I also suffered from a tooth abscess at one time. It was a lanced treated with antibiotics and that worked for a little while until The root canal. The bad thing was I could only take Tylenol since I have adverse reactions to nearly every other pain medication on the market. That was a rough period of time I tell you!

Root canal, buildup and crown or extraction/implant. Possible bridge if it lies in between two other good teeth.

One thing I've been able to avoid in my life is teeth problems. No one in my family has ever had a cavity. Thank God for genetics, I guess.

I had one that blew up so fast overnight the oral surgeon said another 6 hours would have killed me. over one and half cups of fluid drained..set a record at the office.

It is the most painful experience I had. My abscess pushed my tooth out of the socket.

I had one several years ago. Started hurting on a Friday morning and I didn't do anything about and then started killing me over the weekend. I couldn't sleep at all Sunday night and it was so swollen that my right eye was swollen shut. Was at the dentist when she opened MOnday morning and she immediately sent me to an Endodontist. When he lanced it, it was better than any orgasm I've ever had in my life. The pain immediately went away. Aggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhh
