I would say the first to know would be FedEx route owners. I know a couple and they all said that the number of deliveries is way down. They said there is usually a dip in January, after Christmas, but resumes to a normal level in Feb. Thus far deliveries are still at January levels.

They're all at my house. My wife and I appear to have engaged in a spending war. Mine was gun parts, spent over 5k the past two months just on parts.
