We’re in Perry — I did not flood for Rita or the 2016 flood. Water for my personal situation does not bother me.

I'm not familiar at all with local history of surge there, but this is from NWS Lake Charles. The local parish officials there should be the ones to know the details.

Surge looks similar to what we got last July in lower Terrebone.

Hopefully the surge puts pain on the apple snails and salvania in marsh.

Tropical storm force gusts and maybe half an inch of rain.

Steve Caparotta put out we sure do pretty good here. Some heavy rain and gust of 30-50mph seem reasonable to him. Tornadoes are a concern also.
