Intensity increasing, before finished wrecking havoc on Cuba was a concern. Will really get concerned if it hits Hurricane Strength before hitting the GOM.

Barely a Cat 4 but a Cat 4 for sure. I don’t want to use the word weak when describing a storm that has winds possibly being 130-155mph
