Western track would be good for nola for the winds but not necessarily for the rain. Remember, a few months ago a tropical storm went directly over new orleans. It was MS and AL that got whacked with over a foot of rain. Get stuck in a western side feeder band and you can lose everything. Still need to prep even if the cone shifts away

You mean Eastern side feeder band?

Because it was a weak/sheared TS. Laura is going to strong and tightly wound. Nola might get a few feeder bands if it goes in around Lafayette

Dearest Friend,

Does mother have a place to stay? Tell her she can crash at my house. She knows where it is. The storm won’t be the only thing rattling the windows.

Why do y’all even respond to him?
Because its the internet and his character doesn't really matter. Sometimes I feel like responding.

No, not really. Give it time, but there is no need to get seriously worked up about these storms.

While this may happen, it’s not true at the moment so you should edit this post. All catholic schools have closed for the week but not all private schools.

They been pushing it planting cane around here. I am sure they will start a 24 hour work shift planting what needs to be done. Sure could use some of that rain.
