Well, everyone on the OT/Outdoor board saw this coming weeks ago. Bunch of white baws trading in old .22's

I know gun buy backs have worked in other states for decades. Some give away tickets for sporting events in exchange for a gun or even a smaller monetary sum like $100.
But $500 was ridiculous.
Detroit and Cleveland had successful gun buy back programs about 25-30 years ago. Not sure how they are doing now.
