ETA: Most of Russia's Black Sea Fleet is back in Sevastopol Bay. That makes me a little more suspicious about the claim. However, id Ukraine was able to hit and sink or seriously damage a Russian warship in Sevastopol Bay then it is very very BIGLY.
Also if true then there will likely be collateral damage to a bunch of other Russian warships in Sevastopol Bay.

I realize that we are trying to not to get political on this board. However, this was just a great troll job by Russia back in the day, and one time when Russian propaganda was 100% true.

The most positive aspect for the Russians about having another vessel sunk is that it makes it unlikely that the vessel will be attacked again for the duration of the war.

I didn't post this the other day, but there was talk of Ukraine getting long range British and Norwegian antiship missiles that would reach that far. This would put the western Black Sea off limits to Russia and open up the port of Odessa for grain shipments after proper minesweeping.
Alternate explanation: there was a report of the admiral Makarov being hit early in the war that was never confirmed. Could be the same story circulating again.

We better have some bad arse planes. It seems we are getting outclassed and out distanced by new Chinese missile’s. They have ranges upwards of 300K .Hopefully we are sandbagging about our air to air capabilities.
