If you want to tout a poll of 1,200 participants in a country of 6,000,000 that was conducted by their CNN equivalent, go right ahead. I won’t stop you. Finland would be forced to break many long standing agreements with Russia. I know you think these things are as simple as just submitting an application to NATO, but that’s not how it works.

Judging by the current situation I don't think Russia cares much about long standing agreements
ETA: Russia also pivoted hard on this from "serious military and political consquences" to just reassess their defensive posture in the area

In practice, Nazi attitudes toward Slavs were fungible and situational. Their treatment of Poles, Ukrainians and Russians is well known. At the same time, they made free use of Slavic auxiliaries, and were allies with Slavic and semi Slavic countries like Bulgaria and Romania. Most paradoxically they ruthlessly suppressed the Serbs while treating the ethnically identical Croats favorably.

Interesting, and while the US used to have a very good military, now with CRT, transgenders and women in the infantry, I don't think we are nearly what we were 20 years ago.

Well, it may have been a female pilot, IDK. But since it was a Navy plane and she's in the Air Force, it wasn't this female pilot. It's lack of attention to small details that gets you GRU guys caught.
Crazy how misogynistic Russia has gotten when it comes to this stuff. The Soviets were putting women in direct combat roles 50 years before anybody else was. The Night Witches would be very disappointed.
