No I got the info about Russia not struggling from the posts that TexasForever has been posting daily as well as the UK's Ministry of Defense's daily summaries.
I am getting my news about what is happening in Minsk and news of the bombing in Mariupol from tinder.

The Russian Army does not have an NCO level. Officers above Field Grade designation in the Russian Army serve during dismounted and mounted combat operations. Many of these Officers have been KIA, which means the Russian Army is in serious trouble.

He can't afford to wait us out. In addition to the existential risk to his economy, he's having to pull troops from elsewhere that were keeping restive puppet states under control. When the lid comes off in one of those places he won't be able to do anything about it.

The latest Institute for the Study of War situation report posted a few pages back states that they are moving up military academy graduations to make up the casualties. If you think they're badly led now, wait for this bunch of 20 year old lieutenants to show up with their map and compass.
