I would sign if I was Ukraine, and understand you are signing away your rights to moon rocks. There is no treaty with the US you have to honor.
But you might as well try because Ukraine won’t survive fighting both Russia, the US, Iran and North Korea.

In fact, if I was Ukraine I would make a deal with China for those minerals.
That removes Putin and North Korea, who are both just welfare states of China at this point... and it cuts Trump's nuts off.
