OweO……you’re the great unifier. Everyone can agree you’re a moron.

Gonna have to respectfully disagree with you there. The Chinese people may be expendable within their own borders, but extraterritorially, I feel like the CCP takes a sanctimonious and hypercritical stance when something happens to one of their citizens.
Yeah within their borders the CCP treats their citizens as Tywin does Tyrion, but like Tywin outside their borders they put up with no slight to their people real or imagined. They’ll go scorched earth on anyone who fricks with their people.

And by the way here’s a tweet from the White House back in December:
quote:
New: The average price of gas is down nearly 10 cents per gallon since last month's peak and prices continue to fall.
Read more about our progress at the pump and @POTUS's ongoing work to bring down prices here:
So according to the White House, Biden can affect the gas prices. They’re not living this one down:
Yeah and they were full of it taking credit for that just like I've said Obama was full of it for taking credit for it and just like any other politician is full of it for taking credit for lowering gas prices. I've said this many times over.

Oh boy, a chart of gas prices, leaving out the spike that followed the invasion. We're well above $3.50 average now.
The rest of the Biden term, as I mentioned previously is domestic production took a beating on OPEC/Russia price warring and the demand tumble in 2020. Then demand picks up in 2021, and its not like you can flip a switch and turn the supply back on.

Biden was installed on 11/26/20?
Here I was thinking he didn't gain presidential powers until 1/20/21.

how do you explain the rest of the graph?

I think the graph is more effective if you just show the upward trend starting on the date Biden actually became president.

Feels like 1977 all over again, without the partying. Russians running amok, inflation... just need super high interest rates and sex, drugs and rock n roll will be hot again.
Jimmy Carter redux.
Jimmy Carter redux.

I’m guessing the person that made the point thinks that the election was rigged in the worst way imaginable. Now it was certainly rigged by the media (or as Time Magazine put it was “fortified” which is just rigging with extra steps), and I wouldn’t go so far as a lot of the Poliboard by saying it was rigged at the polls. But what I am absolutely certain of is if the election was rigged in the way they fear that both the media and the FBI would be acting in the exact way they are now.

Yeah, but then what? Putin’s underlings may be even worse than him, and who knows which of them would truly take power. Watch “The Death of Stalin” for reference and hilarity.
Another GoFundMe assassination?

Biden said he’d shut down the Keystone Pipeline on the campaign trail and it was literally the very first thing he did when taking office, so the market may have rightly started panicking then.

Is that where the upward trend started though? Looks like a damn near 40% increase in trump's last 9 months in office. Much like every other commodity.

Trump's minions will never believe that. Remember, he could shoot someone on Fifth Ave....

Like what? Be specific.
Froze aid to Ukraine LINK
wanted Russia back in G7 LINK
Tried to lift sanctions on multiple Russian companies - LINK
pulled troops out of Germany - LINK
These are all things that were overall helpful to Putin. Again, I don't think he had some great plan to help him. It just happened to break that way.

And Biden intentionally left thousands of Americans and our allies behind enemy lines in Afghanistan, which is much worse than Trump hypothetically shooting someone on Fifth Ave. How anyone can follow this disgrace of a President after that is beyond me.

We have yet to hit pre covid production levels by choice. And that choice was apolitical, and made by the private sector.
But right wingers suggest that our energy sector is completely controlled by the White House (like in Russia) and that Biden has personally stopped American production. The say it all day on the PoliBoard (and then deny it when called out). Right wing propaganda over oil is in high gear.
