Pretty safe for him to say that when he knows there is 0% chance of Ukraine ever getting into Nato or Russia agreeing to that.
He really went out on a limb there. Why doesn't he rescind the decree that prohibits Ukraine from negotiating with Russia?

By continuing to bring up Ukraine getting into Nato he is actually stalling/hurting peace negotiations. Negotiations/peace chances will go no where until Zelensky accepts reality.

After the reunification, the Ostdeutsch that had any get up and go got up and left. In a hurry. The ones still living there today line up for hours in front of the grocery stores to relive the good old days.
