So you don’t know. Neither do I, but if he could I think he would have done everything he could short of nukes already.

Then why didn't he do anything for roughly 2 years? The lines settled and the two side kind of just sat there for a while.

So yeah, I do know why. Its one of the three reason that I laid out.

It’s all the people that make excuses for Putin invading Ukraine in 2014 and ratcheting things up in 2022. The war began years before Zekensky got into politics, but somehow you Putin apologists want to blame him and make him out as the bad guy.

I don't think its Zelensky's fault, I just think hes an idiot who is likely corrupt. I regularly say Putin is corrupt, a murderer, Russia is inept, etc etc etc but yeah I'm definitely a 'Putin apologist'

God forbid people notice that geopolitical events almost always have multiple drivers.

Noticing - Illegal in 2024.

basically anyone who thinks we shouldn't just let Putin get what he wants and want to uphold the international rule of law is a war mongering deep state puppet who want to the see the US get in an active war per the PoliTards

You don't consciously want this, you're just not intelligent enough to realize that's where your positions lead

Zelenskyy comments on attack on Russian arsenal in Bryansk: Ukraine will use all long-range capabilities

VALENTYNA ROMANENKO — Tuesday, 19 November 2024, 17:10

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy declined to confirm whether the attack on the Russian military arsenal near Bryansk was carried out by an American ATACMS missile, but he emphasised that Ukraine has long-range weapons and will employ them.

Source: Zelenskyy during a joint press conference with Danish Prime Minister Mette Fredriksen, as reported by Ukrinform

Details: The journalist asked to confirm whether the attack on the ammunition warehouse near Bryansk was actually caused by the American ATACMS missile.

Quote: "Without superfluous detail. Ukraine has long-range capabilities and produces its own long-range drones; we now have a long-range Neptune, and not just one. We now have ATACMS. We're going to use it all."

Any chance we may finally get to see the Kerch bridge get destroyed with the new missile strategy?
Seems like that would be a big deal if it could happen.

Wonder if the Neptune has a big enough warhead to actually destroy the bridge?

Ukraine doesnt need to bomb Moscow, St Pete or any civilian targets. They need to bomb key choke points in the Russian supply network, key air bases used to launch attacks against Ukraine and key defensive positions on the front lines.

If you promote scrutinizing on the basis of "is this in the best interest of America and American citizens" for every decision relating to this conflict...

you're somehow borderline treasonous. It's through the looking glass stuff.

I've tried peaceably and at length to get some of the most die hard cheerleaders for the war's continuation and the deepening involvement of the US to acknowledge how frequently (almost without exception) that US foreign entanglements ended with considerable, undesired, unintended (at least to the US population) consequences.

Yes and you're still wrong and refusing to admit that you are wrong. Also is it possible to go a week without having to reargue the same damn argument that has been argued countless times?

I also think you and others can't seem to grasp that a large part of the opposition to completely cucking out for Ukraine is that Ukraine is a shithole that we just don't care about and that isn't at all important

Then the US, Russia and the UK shouldn’t have guaranteed to insure their sovereignty.

It is a waste of munitions to attack civilian targets and the terrorism effect more often than not backfires in any event.

What on earth does this mean

We have no idea if I'm wrong or not and probably won't for a while - that's the entire point

You're promoting the continuation of a war until a foreign country achieves its objective, which arguably makes you a warmonger, IMO.

But I think you can hold that view without being unreasonable, provided it's accompanied by a genuine belief that Ukraine's victory is best for the US and some acknowledgement that there are significant risks, known and unknown - to US interests by taking these paths.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Putin bomb some Russian civilian area and make a ham handed attempt to blame it on Ukes using those scary western weapons.

This war will be over in 3 more days max anyway.
