So glad we got OML's histrionics and daily reminder that Russia is going to nuke the planet back.

He's definitely more entertaining than some of Putin's other regulars here.

more pressure from the senate....

#Ukraine must be allowed to defend itself, period. If that means striking a Russian bomber launching missiles at Ukrainian civilians from Russian airspace, then Ukraine should be able to take that shot.

No arrogance is involved at all. Putin deploying tactical nukes in Ukraine would be the end of Putin. It would open the fastest possible road to a Russian defeat.

Russia demanded that Ukraine disarm and abdicate its government in favor of a Russian puppet hand selected by Putin. Ukraine would have kept nothing and would have ceased to exist as a sovereign nation.

Germany owned all the air separation plants and ammonia plants in the USA then WWII came along. How much were they paid for these and the technology to build others which were ALL necessary for the war effort against them?

Let me give you a valid analogy. So the west wants to take Russia's money. When Iran is terrorizing the world, including killing americans.....we send them back their money in cash, with interest because our own banks would not do the transaction and be sued later for supporting terrorism.

Its wrong and any sane person knows its wrong to steal.

By the way, Russia took more territory today, cargo pants screamed for more money, some things never change.

Let me get this straight:

-He cant call an election because Crimea is controlled by the Russians. Same place that voted 90% to be part of Russia, okay cargo pants does not have to worry about them voting against him.

-He cant call an election because Donbas is controlled by the Russians. The same folks he had been bombing and killing for years before this started. okay cargo pants does not have to worry about them voting against him.

-But the refugees, the refugees. You mean the 7million who fled the country so they would not be conscripted by him to die on the front while he and his draft dodging cronies partied at his discos in Kyiv. Id say thats a very good thing they are not in the country.

-But he cant organize a vote. Hmm he seems pretty capable of setting up a rock band for blinken to sing in, u2 concerts, discos open nightly, and hunting down 100s of thousands of young men and dragging them off to fight, yet he cant set up a few boxes????

Face it, with everything in his favor he is not calling a vote because he will lose and the gravy train will end. It really is that simple.

So let me get this straight: Putin is not arrogant enough to use a nuke on a battalion or town, but is somehow arrogant enough that if we don’t stop him here that he’s going to take Poland and the rest of Europe? Have yall actually thought your positions through at all, because Putin is much less likely to get nuked wiping out an entire Ukrainian battalion using a MOAB or a nuke than he is invading Poland.

bullshite. It’s fully feasible Putin would have backed the frick off if you gave him Donbas and Crimea and full access to the Black Sea and securities Ukraine would never join NATO.

You have to convince me that he is Hitler which you have failed, and while I disagree with Putin, some of the things he says is sane from the Russian perspective.

Russia begins exercises simulating use of tactical nuclear weapons

by Dmytro Basmat May 22, 2024 1:39 AM

Russia has begun the first stage of drills simulating the launch of tactical nuclear weapons in Ukraine, Russia's Ministry of Defense announced on May 21.

The exercises, which were ordered on May 6 by Russian President Vladimir Putin, involve missile units in Russia's Southern Military District, including occupied Ukrainian territories.

The first stage of the drills will begin with the "combat use" of Iskander and Kinzhal ballistic missiles attached with nuclear warheads, equipping their launch, and "covertly advancing to the designated position in preparation for missile launches."

Russian President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly made nuclear threats against Ukraine and the West since the beginning of the full-scale invasion in February 2022. The threats have failed to materialize, and Russia continues to wage its all-out war without its nuclear arsenal.

According to Russia's Defense Ministry, the drills are in response to "provocative statements and threats of individual Western officials against the Russian Federation" - although the ministry did not specify which Western officials were making threats or provocative statements.

Hmmm, I’ve been told here repeatedly it’s impossible Russia will use tactical nukes. So why would they be training if you’re right?
