That is a dig at Zelenskyy, in the Presidential election of 2019 Poroshenko accused him of using drugs.
Besides Garfield, Reagan, and Bush I is there even a single US President who credibly did not engage in illegal drugs in their lives?
Even Carter hosted Willie Nelson at the White House one time.

For anyone that missed it, this is obvious sarcasm.
Not true.
A Ukrainian know as the Brovary Bobcat took out 6 APC's with a pool noodle. If you deny those reports, you're a Putin fanboy.

I don’t trust those numbers in the slightest. Those Twitter nerds count every vehicle they see as a destroyed Russian vehicle. The Ukranians and Russians use the exact same equipment. It’s highly probable that a lot of those vehicles are Ukranian. If Russia was really losing vehicles and tanks at that rate they’d wouldn’t have the largest cities in Ukraine under siege.

Bro, accept the numbers given on Twitter without question.

God I love that tank figure. Let’s hope that they are nothing more than roadblocks now to block troop advancements.

First, Russia has the tanks to spare. They always had the advantage over Ukraine in terms of manpower.
Second, is it really hard to imagine that Europe’s second largest military with anti-tank rockets has been successful in get 42 tanks destroyed?
I know Ukraine isn’t a superpower, but it’s at least more credible than not that they have destroyed a few dozen tanks.

Tonight #Putin has launched what appears to be the largest airborne assault of the invasion
It is likely a final push to take control of the SE approach to #Kharkiv, a city he expected to take quickly without resistance & be welcomed by grateful residents as a liberator

And this is war in 2022, when everyone has a smartphone but no one outside of the war zone knows what’s actually true. I guess war has always been that way but now people with social media that are thousands of miles away get to control the narrative. I was born in 80 so I’ll never trust the Russians or anything they say, no matter the politics in this country, as crazy as they are.

That lady yelling at the soldiers about how they'll die here and sprout flowers is looking more and more accurate

I mean Ukraine isn’t a pushover if you look at these numbers. If the Russians beat them within two weeks, that’s impressive!

If this does happen, likely the most realistic best case scenario for Putin, I assume the economic sanctions and SWIFT move will continue in perpetuity.

airborne training is great for unit morale and esprit de corps. But this war has confirmed that mass airborne operations against anything but a primitive enemy are an artifact of the last century. Losing 300 of your buddies before you ever get over the drop zone will put a dent in anybody's morale.

Ukraine’s Air Force, along with units of the army and territorial defense, destroyed a large Russian military convoy near the city of Bashtanka in Ukraine’s southern Mykolaiv region.
Military bloggers reported that the convoy contained up to 800 vehicles.

I’m not buying the most optimistic figures of Ukrainian success, but 42 Russian tanks destroyed and 6 Russian planes shot down strikes me as a rather reasonable assessment.
I think we lost a similar number of planes to Iraq in 1991.

Russian troops in Crimea refuse to take part in Ukraine invasion.
The Center for Defense Strategies, citing their sources in the marine personnel in Crimea, says members of Russia’s 810th Detached Marine Brigade are in a “demoralized state."
