Is there anything new or is this just the same info repackaged by a different source?

It's the same crap. And it's so incredibly stupid. There hasn't even been a Ramstein meeting this month. The Ramstein meeting this month is coming up next week.

I caught it earlier today but was waiting to see how it was amplified before sharing, the gist of the story is essentially the same.

Worth watching to see how it develops, it originated on several Telegram and Twitter accounts and has quickly spread out from there along mainly Pro-Russian media. Will be interesting to see if we can get geo-location and satellite imagery of the reported strike like we did on the Mariupol Russian bunker hit earlier.

In the unlikely event it proves accurate this is a significant blow to Ukraine as Zaluzhny is reputed as having the goods as a military commander and from the few interviews he has given that I have seen this was only reinforced.

Great input, still better than the usual. Remember that time you threatened to have illegal pornography downloaded on MomentofTruths computer "so it would ruin his life and he would have to commit suicide"...all because he didn't like Ukraine. You're a psychopath, how you're still allowed to post is beyond me.

An unemotional and intelligent response, thank you.

I agree time will tell, if true, a major loss for Ukraine at a critical time.

British Defence Intelligence
INTELLIGENCE UPDATE
UPDATE ON UKRAINE 21 May 2023

Since early May 2023, Russia has restarted frequent long-range missile strikes deep into Ukraine. They are likely primarily aimed at degrading Ukrainian air defences.

Innovating on earlier waves of deep strikes, Russia has started more frequently integrating unarmed, surveillance uncrewed aerial vehicles (UAVs) into operations. These have included Russian-produced SuperCam UAVs which are relatively cheap and have sufficient range to fly over the cruise missiles' targets.

Russia has highly likely adopted this tactic in an attempt to obtain more timely battle damage assessment and improve its targeting cycle. The Russian military's slow and inefficient targeting process has been a major weakness in its performance in Ukraine. However, slow surveillance UAVs are highly vulnerable to Ukrainian air defences.

Following President Biden's meeting with President Zelenskyy in Japan, the Department of Defense (DoD) today announced additional security assistance to meet Ukraine's critical security and defense needs. This authorization is the Biden Administration's thirty-eighth drawdown of equipment from DoD inventories for Ukraine since August 2021. It includes additional ammunition for U.S.-provided HIMARS, artillery rounds, anti-armor capabilities, and critical enablers valued at up to $375 million that Ukraine is using on the battlefield to push back against Russia's unprovoked war of aggression.

The capabilities in this package include:

• Additional ammunition for High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS);
• 155mm and 105mm artillery rounds;
• Tube-Launched, Optically-Tracked, Wire-Guided (TOW) missiles;
• Javelin and AT-4 anti-armor systems;
• Laser-guided rocket system munitions;
• Demolition munitions;
• Armored bridging systems;
• Armored medical treatment vehicles;
• Trucks and trailers to transport heavy equipment;
• Logistics support equipment;
• Thermal imagery systems;
• Spare parts and other field equipment.

Yes it would be, though if he was successfully targeted it was the perfect time for Russia to do so and would be one of the few instances where they have achieved a significant strategic victory in a timely manner.

As others stated, the most likely answer is that he is too busy on more important things to be running around in public.

Without visual or hard evidence beyond the current hypotheticals and unverified claims on twitter it's still merely a rumour.

That's not a Ramstein meeting. Why lie and claim that it is? It's some BS committee that would be a waste of his time. Zaluzhny is not some puppet who performs when vatniks want him to.

There is not one piece of evidence that Zaluzhny is hurt or dead. Every bit of it is vatnik wish.

ROTFLMAO.

We aren't really involved in the war, not in any serious way.

If we sent in 100,000 troops this illegal invasion of Ukraine would be over in three days.

Zaluzhny had a phone call with Milley just two days ago.

LINK

quote:

CinC AF of Ukraine General Valerii Zaluzhnyi: "I had a telephone conversation with the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the United States, General Mark Milley. I informed him in detail about the situation in the main directions of the front. We continue to conduct a defensive operation and prepare for further actions."

Dumbasses who pretend that the US is engaging in some massive coverup are either just trolls or don't have a basic grasp of how the world works.

The way that the world works is that, if the cover of a small part of a Patriot launcher gets knocked off, and Ukrainians use duct tape to put the cover back into place, someone at the Pentagon runs to CNN to say that the Patriot was damaged so that CNN can get its headlines.

Is that what the two generals were discussing? Duct taping covers back onto Patriot missiles?

According to the Pro-Russian accounts in this particular scenario he wasn't actually killed but he was critically injured and likely to die, however he was not critically injured enough to stop him from holding a phone conversation with Milley despite his imminent death.

I kid you not, that was how the comment chain for that particular thread evolved.
