Thomas Theiner Thread
Interesting thread on NATO estimates for defensive requirements in personnel and equipment to defend against an offensive.
Looks like just by the math, Ukrainian offensive should see significant success assuming they have the required equipment.
Do keep in mind that Theiner is always hyperoptimistic, but it is a good thread in that it highlights something that I have been saying repeatedly, which is that Putin made a huge mistake by not doing another big mobilization in February (before that bureaucracy was consumed with the annual conscription cycle).
As Theiner makes clear, Russia simply does not have enough men on the front lines to prevent Ukrainian breakthroughs, if Ukrainian forces use combined arms effectively. And, once breached, all those Russian trenches and minefields are worth nothing.
That is perhaps why it was beneficial that Ukraine did not start this offensive in April: the new Ukrainian mechanized brigades have now had about 5 weeks of training together in their own country, after training separately in a variety of NATO countries, and this should have significantly enhanced their ability to conduct combined arms operations.
But I do think that Theiner is wrong to think that Ukraine will concentrate all of its new strike force in one area. I think they will send a brigade to try to take Kreminna, they will send a brigade to Bakhmut or Avdiivka, etc., because they won't want the Russian command to immediately know where the main attack is and rush reserves to that area. It's imperative that the Russian command not understand where the main attack is until it's too late, so there need to be immediate videos of Leopard tanks attacking Kreminna.

Are any of you hearing anything about Prigozhin being ambushed and killed 20 miles outside of Bakhmut?
One of my friends texted me about this earlier in the morning although he said to be wary since it was primarily in Russian social media.
I think I may have finally figured this out. I think your friend got confused, as there was an ambush two days ago that blew up the car of Russian pro-war blogger & author Zakhar Prilepin. "Prilepin" and "Prigozhin" are somewhat similar names.
Prilepin survived: BBC report

Pretty cool footage of Ukraine shooting down an inbound drone over Kiev.

I honestly haven't paid much attention to it. Russia must think there is an offensive inbound in that area and they are trying to save as many civilian lives as possible. Either that, or they're taking the civilians to hold as human shields somewhere.
About a 50/50 chance of either

I am guessing most regulars have seen this OSINT and just don't have enough info to opine. My WAG is to promote fear and possibly as cover in an attempt to move soldiers around the chessboard under the cover of masses of people moving out of the area. Again this is just a WAG that I would not have mentioned if not for your query.

At :59 in this video you can see a Norwegian mini-UAV Black Hornet Nano. A very small drone designed for scouting in urban environments.
How many Blackhawks does Ukraine have, I may not have been paying close enough attention, but I wasn't aware we had given them Blackhawks...or is this another reveal?

Actually, I saw 3 T-34s but two of them were static, only one in the actual parade.
Here is a link to the full parade on YT if you want to see the pathetic parade of vehicles (compared to other years) they start about 1 hour into the video, I can't link directly to it since the feed is still live currently.
YT
At first, I was confused why there were no T-14 Armatas in the parade since they aren't deployed but I remembered with only the lone T-34 there would be nothing to pull them out of Red Square when they inevitably broke down. (I assume everyone has seen the video of another tank attempting to pull a T-14 when it broke down during a parade or pass and review.)
