You’ve noticed too?

It amazes me that they can open a poll read it and determine it’s s faux poll. It amazes me that they can read an article from CNN, the Washington Post or The NY Times and know right away that it’s faux news.

But then when the poll or the article confirms their world view they can tell it’s not fake, it’s legit.

I’m trying to learn the key to determining the truth, but I just don’t have the street smarts.

I don’t even frequent the Poli board but you can sit here and tell me that after all the lies and opinions pushed by these platforms, that you still have an inkling of trust in these people?

That’s like allowing a meth head to stay in your home while they steal your money and lie about it every day.

The poliboard trolls here have no problem citing and linking to those platforms ITT as long as they are reporting negatively on Ukraine. Any time WaPo or NYT covers Ukrainian casualties and what not, they quickly go from fake news to trusted sources.

Don’t get me wrong I get your disdain towards msm over many thing but it’s funny how the narrative shifts when convenient.

No, I am telling you that there are people who can read these outlets and immediately they can tell with complete certainty if the story is fake or not.

I can’t do it myself.

A Petersburg woman has been placed under house arrest for leaving a note on the grave of Maria and Vladimir Putin, parents of Russian president Vladimir Putin.

quote:

On October 6, Tsybaneva left a note on the grave of Maria and Vladimir Putin in the Serafimovskoye Cemetery. The note reads: “Parents of a serial killer, take him, we have so much pain and misery from him, the whole world prays for his death [illegible]. Death to Putin, you raised a freak and a killer.”

quote:

Tsybaneva immediately confessed to writing the note. Police conducted a DNA test, which showed traces of her skin on the paper. A handwriting expert confirmed that she had written the note. A linguistic examination concluded that the note contains “a negative assessment of Russian president Vladimir Putin

quote:

Her son says her punishment is harsh, but “not that bad” in the context of the current political situation in Russia

Eh. House arrest...she should consider herself very lucky.

Kazakhs are not happy with the huge influx of Russian men avoiding conscription. They are asked who Crimea belongs to and better respond with Ukraine or else.

Anything happening in the war in Ukraine today vs the war in this thread?

Why would we talk about Ukraine in this thread, when we can argue about Anthony Fauci or about the pope's role in WWII?

My guess is if they went with one it would only be for wheeled or light units. I think your link mentioned they were looking for something for the SBCTs. Typically the army will want a tracked SPHs if it supports mechanized units. ERCA is in development now and it is likely eating up a great deal of the Army's IDF/Fires R&D money.

You military guys sure do love y’all’s acronyms

I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many acronyms in one post

Unbeknownst one of the few threads I dropped into got moved to the Poliboard, not 10 minutes later me and someone else were told by a "reasonable" Poliboarder that we should leave the country and/or be killed by having have our heads beaten in....Apparently, "reasonableness" ends when you state it's ok that a bank should have the right to refuse service to an anti-Semite.
