Kremlin refuses to disclose specific paragraph of mobilisation decree which refers to number of conscripts to be drafted
— Wednesday, 21 September 2022, 13:12
Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of Russian President Vladimir Putin, has refused to disclose the content of the hidden paragraph 7 of Putin’s decree on partial mobilisation, saying only that it refers to the number of conscripts.
Source: Russian state-owned news outlet TASS; Meduza’s Telegram channel
Quote from Peskov: "Indeed, it [paragraph 7] is for official use, so I can't reveal it."
Details: When asked to reveal at least the subject of this paragraph or the reason for concealing it, he added: "I can't explain. The only thing I can say is that in his interview, Sergei Kuzhugetovich Shoigu said 300,000 people. Here, we are talking about a number of up to 300,000 people," Peskov said.
In Putin's decree on partial mobilisation, there is one classified paragraph (No. 7). This particular paragraph is omitted in the version of the document posted on the Kremlin’s website, and in the version presented on the legal information portal, it is marked as "for official use".

Because he doesn't need to go to Moscow, he can (and has) fricked Putin from Kyiv.

He said that everyone was going to freeze in Europe. Meanwhile natural gas prices are down to normal September pricing and FSRU's are coming online receiving LNG.
Don't you remember all the links you gave about the catastrophe of Russia cutting off the gas to Europe?
You are definitely one ignorant mofo who got a degree out of a Cracker Jack box as indicated by your level of knowledge.

If there ever was an open admission from Putin himself that Russia is losing this “special operation” it was what he just did. The mighty Russian military has to enact the draft just to put enough cannon fodder to fill the holes in their lines. I imagine there will be some awfully creative ways Russian men figure out how to get the hell out of Russia. Isn’t it funny how the Russians always fall back on the nuclear threat yet try to turn it around like it’s the west that is the one threatening them with nukes? This is becoming very sad. The Russians just need to Mussolini ol Vlady Putin and hang him from a street lamp in Moscow. The man is nothing but an unhinged tyrant who thinks he’s Peter the Great.

actually watched an english subtitle of the speech. He said to this point most of the fighting has been my the local militia's. with nato continuing to supply weapons they were moving from special operation to war, calling up 300,000 reservists, moving to war time economy requiring industry to ramp up weapons production. he then said after the referendum, the republics would be part of russia, fighting would be mostly russian units, and any further attacks would be considered an attack on russia. he wrapped up this gem by saying western countries can't supply weapons and think they won't be impacted, then said this is not a bluff. after that the defense minister announced first mobilization since world war 2 and said they have the means to strike decision centers in england, france and germany if weapons supply continues.
like watching insanity in slow motion.. hard to see how this ends.

Is that all you ever have to say? You’re a tool. Ukraine has no intention or interest in crossing into Russia, they just want them out of their own land. Russia invaded them but how dare they fight back right?

But Russia is so weak and crumbling. Invading Russia will quickly topple down the rotting house and net Ukraine a huge victory!!

Even Putin isn’t stupid enough to frick with a NATO country regardless how many weapons we send Ukraine the fact remains and is undeniable that Russia is the aggressor here and started this entire war. They are essentially Nazi Germany in this situation which is rich because they all they keep blabbing about is they are there to free Ukraine of the nazis. Russia won’t frick with NATO, they know they don’t want that fire.

Go read Stidham's multiple threads. He has been jerking off threads over there with the quickness since all of this began to leak. Many Putin baws are in orgasmic moods right now.

In Moscow, demonstrations are also expected, but to be honest, the pressure from the government is likely to be maximal to dissuade people.

Protest actions against mobilization have begun in Russia, Russian media writes.
The rallies are held in Irkutsk, Ulan-Ude, Khabarovsk and Tomsk.
In Irkutsk, riot police broke up the rally, which was attended by approximately 60 people. There is a detention.

NATO has no reason or desire to go after Russia and they wouldn’t be supplying Ukraine if Russia wouldn’t have decided to invade them. And yes Russia is weak they have proved that. Their 3 day special operation is on day 210 I believe so yea they are a paper tiger and nothing more. They have been humiliated on the world stage by not being able to overcome a 3rd rate military and now are trying to double down rather than just admit they fricked up and pull out of Ukraine.
