Kupyansk has been liberated and is under Ukrainian control. It also appears that from the lack of smoke that Russia just abandoned its supplies and the rail yard instead of trying to destroy them.

In the last 4 days...a few thousand SQ KM of their country from the mighty Russian Army. They also took Russia's pride. More than Russia has taken from them in months.

Moscow MPs demand Putin resign

The deputies of the council of the Lomonosov municipal district of the capital of Russia , Moscow , have appealed to the President of Russia Vladimir Putin with a demand to resign, reports "Radio Briviba".
The MPs believe that a change of power is necessary for the well-being of the country, and point out that after Putin's second term, "everything went sideways".
The decision of the deputies is published on the official website of the municipal district.
The aggressive rhetoric of Putin and his subordinates has thrown Russia back into the Cold War era, the appeal states, noting that the GDP has not doubled, the minimum wage has not increased to the promised level, intelligent and able-bodied people are leaving Russia en masse, but there is no sign of the promised stability.
Taking this into account, the deputies call on the president to leave his post.
"Your views, your management model are hopelessly outdated and create obstacles to the development of Russia and its human potential," the deputies say.
On September 7, the deputies of the Smolny municipal district of St. Petersburg already appealed to the State Duma of Russia with a call to remove Putin from the post of president for treason.
After accepting this invitation, the deputies of St. Petersburg were called to the police to draw up reports on the "discrediting" of the Russian army.
