Kachura, 52, was in her car in the city of Horlivka when the missile hit her. She is the first Russian female officer who died in Ukraine-Russia war.

Her troops had fired on civilians in the Donbas region. Kachura was the colonel of a rocket artillery division.

In her interviews with the Kremlin channels, she shared that she enjoyed killing Ukrainians.

She is the 97th officer who has been killed in Putin’s war against Ukraine. Putin appointed her the Hero of Russia which is country’s highest award.

Ukraine presents a system that monitors Western weapons disbursement

Ukraine introduced a module of the SOTA information and analytical system for monitoring arms supplies to Ukraine from partner countries, reports the National Security and Defense Council on July 21.

The SOTA module allows controlling new arms deliveries by status (for example, “ready for shipment”, “on the way” or “received by the Armed Forces”) and by donor countries, analyzing arms deliveries over time, by periods of adoption, by donor countries, compliance with NATO standards, attribution to Soviet weapons, etc.

Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov noted that Russia is conducting a powerful information campaign to discredit Ukraine with the allegations of selling weapons to third countries. The goal is to disrupt the weapons supply.

According to him, the top military-political leadership has access to the SOTA system, and thanks to this system, "We know that not a single bullet from the deliveries has disappeared."

He stressed that every weapon is under control.

Defense Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov said that the weapons supply is controlled by three systems. These are, in particular, SOTA and NATO's logistics accounting and control system - LOGFAS, which Ukraine received in 2019.

Reznikov said that Ukrainian military schools teach how to use this system, and he recently asked NATO to provide more licenses and terminals. According to him, Ukrainian specialists, along with Pentagon specialists, are finalizing another control system, which will soon be fully involved.
