I said it once I'll say it again: I'm old enough to remember the last time we were told by CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, White House, IC, Democrats, Republicans, Hollywood and every pundit that we had a "Responsibility to Protect."
In this case the CIA nudged and nudged and nudged Russia to invade. Biden could not blame the collapse of the U.S. economy (inflation, gas prices, etc) on Russia, if Russia doesn't invade Ukraine.
There's the CIA motive.
