That's good to say and all, but does Biden have any ability to do that without serious help from other institutions and countries? If that's the case, "Biden" didn't really do anything. Nice of him to claim it though.

Won’t matter. In the end Russia still has the same frame of mind when it comes to waging war that they always have. Keep sending in civilian/soldiers until there are none left. Just look at Stalingrad in WW2. Russia would just as likely killed their own soldiers as the Germans. It goes back to the old line up and shoot at each other mentality.
If anything, Russia is letting the rest of the world know how inept they are. If the US and NATO decided to end this, it would be over in a week, with Russia being back to where they were after the fall.

It is kind of surreal seeing pics and video from the ground in near real time of Russian troop movements then having random people all over the world go to work trying to locate where the pics/vids were taken and geotagging them. Then, passing that location along on Twitter.
