He got into a really advantageous position when he pulled along the perps 2.5/rear passenger side and dumped rounds on target.
I am not a fan of shooting through the windshield of a moving vehicle, but don’t fault the effort or execution here. It’s a gun fight, sometimes you have to play the hand your dealt.
Great combat reload and shooting with movement to cover behind that cylinder block wall after the vehicle stopped. Almost text book with rounds coming at him.
Very, very well done LVMPD.

At the 2:20-:25 mark there is definitely a quick brake check hesitation when he was passing the "Donut Shop".
