It was really only 12 feet long, but she's been lied to about what's 10 inches.

if she was eaten by that shark i would laugh at her stupidity for being so foolish.

a creature that survives by eating everything in its path that it can bite, and is big enough to swallow you whole, you shouldnt be in the water with much less trying to get close to it

I mean, yea I'd make her pregnant but she's not "super hot".

Yeah, and she looks to be pushing 40 if not more.

What's cool is that when a big female like that goes into an area, all sharks smaller tend to leave the immediate area.

What's crazy is when an orcas kill large sharks, sharks behave...oddly.

One shark with a tag dove down a few thousand feet and swam in a straight line from california to Hawaii without slowing. ?

You know you're a bad arse when a the dominant non mammalian predator in the sea gets the frick out when you roll into an area ?

Orcas also hunt in packs of anywhere from 3-100+

Have you ever watched them hunt in a documentary or anything? They're brilliant with their tactics and extreme dicks about it too, a bad combo for other animals of the sea.

It's not unusual for them to gang up on and take turns taking breaths while drowning larger whales. Two will get on top and swim downwards, pushing the whale down. When those two run out of air, two more will dive down and take their place and they'll trade off until the large whale they have trapped drowns. They often do this to separate mothers from calfs so they can kill and eat both.

I'd GTFO if I was a single shark too.

Orcas are my favorite top predator.

This is in patagonia.
The adults hide just off the shore break and then charge up the beach to snag seals ON THE BEACH, Then roll back into deeper water. Absolutely savage

Them playing games with seals that are just barely clinging to life is really fricked up too. I watched one where two orcas were seeing how high in the air they could fling their respected captured seals against eachother, like it was a game. Meanwhile those poor seals were slowly dying a painful death, eventually to be eaten whole.

I watched a show where great whites were starting to do this also. They apparently learned it from the whales.
