She should have done a street takeover and fired some shots off in the air if she wanted the cops to leave her alone.

Her neighbor thought she was in trouble and being assaulted. She was supposedly just screaming about the Knicks.
I’ve been there for sports teams as have many here. The neighbor who called the report in was interviewed and confirmed they called so she could get help, not that they were annoyed by her behavior.

Exactly, I do think this is part of it and they don’t give a damn except they killed another one so they didn’t get scared
I understand the aggressive pit or if it’s actually going to attack you. But they shoot dogs just because they’re barking at them as well.
It sounds like a good class to have, but these people are in the community as a profession. How can they not know basic animal behavior

And this is one of the stories that makes you realize that some cops are just thugs with a badge....

I have to admit, when in public, most Cops come over and want to admire my boy ... and I know some K9 Cops.
My worry has always been that if, for some unknown reason we were out at the farm and the Cops came driving up and my boy, being very protective of the property, the acreage, the horses, the cows ... they're his responsibility as far as he's concerned. If a trigger happy cop were to do something insane like that ... there would be a gunfight right then and there.
I could literally feel that woman's pain. It is excruciating. There's no excuses for Cops shooting dogs when they're all carrying hotsauce these days.
I think he knows I'm posting about him ... he's sitting here looking at me right now. I love this dog like I love my children and grandchildren.

Beautiful boy! That’s exactly what he’d do, he’d run up and bark at them, no lunging or attacking, and they’d shoot because sheps are intimidating.
I have 3 sheps sitting next to me right now, I know their temperament and exactly how they’re react if 10-15 people started swarming the house. Makes me rationally* angry thinking about it
