That list is all Orleans Parish employees. For a broke city, paying hundreds of people over 100k seems shaky at best.

Political appointments by the governor as a thank you for being loyal. Nice little kickback of taxes into friends pockets.

Those salaries are absolutely crazy.

Do other cities pay that well for some of those positions.

Mosquito control making like 200k is wild.
