Got lid off several years ago after 3 months. Pisser was the guy hired me away from another company. I'm much better off.
If "Ronk" can hook you up with a job take it. If it's not your thing it's still a job but let him know you are still looking for something in your field. It is much better when you go on an interview to be able to say you currently have job and are looking for "advancement/something different/ect." than I'm not working and hoping to get on with somebody.

Nice try. It’s a real job. No door to door, mlm, etc. I get no bonus or benefit from finding people. I just work at a business that is hiring and fellow LSU fans have said they need work.

I feel your pain. As a father of four, I was laid off right before Christmas one year because my bosses drinking and dart buddy needed my spot because the turn around ended where he was working. He wasn't even qualified to fill my spot. Life is like that. Hold your head up and keep going. Things will all work out.
