I have never been but from what I hear its an awesome gym.
Wish Houma would get an all around facility like this.

That's pretty impressive. If The Rock would chime in and agree with him, it can then be called the best in the country.

Red's is awesome. Great setup with everything you need and pretty solid basketball courts with games going all of the time too.

I wonder if a similar place would do well if it was placed near Town Center & Bocage.

The rocks a big fan of westbank athletic. He tweeted once it was one of his favorites in the country. Nothing like reds though. It's more of a dungeon lol

You're asking only people from Lafayette if a health club in their city is one of the best in the country? ...makes sense.

I have been to many health clubs around the US and I can't think of any that come close to the breadth and depth of what Red's offers. It may not be super plush or posh, but it's not meant to be. I think it has something for everyone. The only thing it's missing is a golf course.

agreed and for 60.00 bucks a month it really can't be beat

I don't know about best ever, but it has a consistent pickup bball game and that's all I'm worried about.

I train there whenever I am in Laffy for work. Pretty sweet that a health club has a full size boxing ring with all the shite a regular boxing gym would have. In fact, the last time I was there, I ended up training with a dude that was having an MMA fight in a few weeks.
THe powerlifting area is also bad arse.

Yea its about $120 per month for a single person with a $500-$600 initiation fee but its worth every penny IMO. I dropped my membership when I moved to the Southshore and am at Elmwood now which is always ranked top in Nola but it doesn't come close to Stone Creek.
SC is clearly top in the state and I wouldn't think even SC would make it in the top 25 in the US. There has to be some absolutely ridiculous places out there.
