I helped coach my daughters softball team for about 7 years til she got in high school. The 1st rule on the team no practices would happen unless there was at least 1 mom in attendance. It was as much for our protection as the girls.
On the all star team one year after practice I had to talk to one of the moms privately. Her daughter was fast, but she wouldn't run the bases as fast as she could. She was aware that her breasts were bouncing all over so she would cross her arms when she ran.
I told her mom what was happening, she started laughing and said" yeah she's advanced for her age. I'll get her a sports bra."

I’ve never understood why so many men coach fast pitch. How do you coach a sport that you never played? Sure it’s still a diamond but the mechanics aren’t the same as baseball.

Dude is a retired firefighter and the father of daughters.
He should be ashamed of himself. Apparently, he has not taken his facebook down yet either. At least I am pretty sure this is him.

No bullshite. A friend of mine coached volleyball and knew very little about it before he started. He ended up getting all district coach of the year. The team won their district but lost in the 2nd round of the playoffs. You just have to put it all together and inspire them to play to their ability.
