If I had to guess I would say the two teens are black. I know I’m really spitballing here but that’s just my guess.

There is a row of older two story apartments at the end of the street (North Myers Drive)

That sucks for houses around it as well.
Unless person who became owner in 2014 is just one of previous owners through prior businesses/LLCs I can't believe they bought it to sit on it and pay taxes on (Around $7000 annually unless they get around that in a way that doesn't show on assessor's website) or that it doesn't also violate some code at times to be fined some on top of taxes over the years. If I lived near it I would be reporting anything at this point.

Nah, I live in metro ATL, that incident doesn't shock me anymore than another wannabe NASCAR idiot on 285 killing someone while racing at high speed in traffic, gang activity all over, 3100+ ATL police officers failing to show in court to testify against offenders in 2019, or even the druggie thug that knifed the 2 college kids to death outside the bar at 3 AM in Nashville a few weeks ago. Those 2 little thugs won't value life anymore 10 years from now, so may as well fry them. I do not give a shite what their home life is/was, nor if their dad was or wasn't around.
