Naw, We had been in single digits daily for the last two months. And yesterday was something like 30.
Go check out the ldh website. The last day the State saw double digits was 5/31. And before that there were 4-5 days in April. The double digit reports on the site represent the number of death certificates with COVID they received over the prior 24 hours; NOT the number of deaths over the past 24 hours.

After answering that, walk me through the logic that a year and a half later, with at least 40% of the population vaccinated on top of those that died from COVID last year plus anyone that got it that still has antibodies, we are somehow going to overrun the hospitals when that didn't happen the first time.
Nailed it

This kind of logic is absolutely stunning coming from a handicapped person.
I expect dumb shite from him all the time because he is a complete imbecile, but that might take the cake

Hold on… pretty sure I saw a Facebook post- or maybe it was a chain email. Give me some time to go find it.

I wish my immune system wasn’t so good that I can’t catch it. It feels like I’m missing out on all the fun.
I'm 33, and pretty healthy (5'11", 170 lbs, no underlying conditions) and I had it last June. No, you don't want it. You could be lucky and be asymptomatic, but I wasn't. The breathing shite seriously sucked for a week or so... had some pretty rough nights. And I couldn't smell or taste for basically an entire month.

Is there something that shows the number of probable vs actual tests?

Based on what, your feelings? What areas were almost overrun the first go round?
i guess you mean overrun as like bodies lining the streets. But when you cant get surgeries because entire wings are full of covid patients I consider that overrun. And that happened in a lot of places the first time around. Now granted, some of that was probably policy by the hospitals that perhaps were overboard. I will grant that point, but it doesn't take away from people all over not being able to receive normal care had covid not been prevalent in hospitals.

You seem to think i'm predicting that. I simply stated if(key word) it quadrupled again then some areas would be overrun.

How do we have rapid tests and still have "probable" cases? These people can frick right right off with the bullshite.

They still can’t tell you which variant you have so it’s crap

No, I mean like not enough beds and staff. That didn't happen even at its worst last year.

Electives got pushed back in the name of not spreading COVID. That's not overrun.

Name some places, and explain how it could possibly happen given the facts I outlined.

between vaccines and natural immunity, shouldn't we expect this spike to not last as long as others?
Also are there areas of the country where Delta arrived earlier than in LA where we could compare?

You are arguing semantics here so we'll agree to disagree.
